Brown Bread Catering had seven successful retail outlets, in addition to a manufacturing facility. When recession hit, the hospitality industry was very badly affected and some outlets closed. We assisted them to protect the future of their business by restructuring and concentrating on their successful outlets and developing a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which helped them focus on the most important elements of their business.

We worked on all aspects of the business, from stock control to margins on sales, putting reporting procedures in place, rebuilding the information technology systems and helping to install a culture of focusing on the bottom line.

Today, the company is highly stable, growing by adding new outlets and is a shining light within its sector, providing proof positive that sound financial information is the only guaranteed way to protect a business at risk.
